1. Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
We are unable to accept changes or cancels to your order after it has been placed.

2. Which currency will I be charged in?
Your order will be charged in USD.

3. I am outside of the United States. Why can't I place an order?
BluPetal works directly with the Japanese rightsholders for the goods, books, and exclusives we sell on the BluPetal Shop. Because of that, we are only able to get certain rights to sell goods in certain areas, so we are starting with the United States. Stay tuned to future opportunities as we expand to other territories. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

4. Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
The BluPetal Shop is only taking orders from those in the United States at this time.

5. How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is offered to those who add more than $75 to their cart. The discount will be applied automatically.

6. How can I track my package?
You can track your order with the provided tracking number once the items have shipped.

7. What should I do if my tracking shows "delivered," but I haven't received my package?
Please get in touch with the delivery service used as they will be the best hope of tracking down your missing package.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

9. What should I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?

Occasionally, we will be able to restock items that are sold out, but it is not always guaranteed.
