BluPetal Shop Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
Thank you for visiting the BluPetal Shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
2. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on all orders in the United States over $75.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: BluPetal Shop ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: BluPetal Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
3. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to most countries except for Japan.
Shipment Processing Time: International orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: BluPetal Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Other Policies & Information
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded.
BluPetal Shop will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Lost or Stolen Shipments: If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blupetal.net. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, but we are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
